1. How long do you provide support?
We have a dedicated support team who are available to help you in an efficient and timely manner. We provide unlimited support for our clients and would love to hear your feedback and provide help.
2. Can I try it before I subscribe and pay?
Off course. You have a trial period of 1 month free before your subscription begins.
3. Do I need to pay for the entire year?
You can pay for the entire year if you want, but our subscriptions are paid monthly.
4. Are you an app?
We are a cloud-based system; you can access your account and platform from anywhere in the world. There is no need to download an app just go to partners.bookpeep.com and enter your login credentials.
5. Can I move my data from my old system?
Yes and no. We can help you transfer important data from your old system to your new Peep platform. Currently, we can transfer your client list and set up your platform for you for an easy and quick start.
6. Are you only a scheduling system?
We are a complete system that provides many features including scheduling, booking, staff management, service management, Inventory management, product sales we also provide analysis for your business.
7. Can I sell my products in Peep?
Yes. We have a product sale feature that will be available by the end of the year. This will help you sell your products in addition to the other services we provide at no extra cost.
8. Can I give access to my receptionists to do more than just booking?
Yes. You have the ability to give or limit permissions to your staff.
9. Do I need special hardware or equipment to run the system?
The only thing you need is access to the internet and a computer (laptop, tablet, mobile phone)
